Avocado toast is super easy to make and is a perfect breakfast or midday snack. As this is immensely satisfying and healthy, it is a staple for any high school late night study sessions. It is full of unsaturated fats. fiber and whole grain carbs. Does it get any better than that? It has become one of my favorites and is definitely a staple food that any teen has to have in the arsenal. The core recipe is very simple, but the possibilities are endless. You have the ability to spice up the avocado toast by mixing and top it with bagel seasoning, beans, spinach, or bacon. Forget the caviar and truffles, this is deliciousness at its finest.
